So what is happening with Green Energy Rollout

https://metro.co.uk/tag/greenpeace/An interesting picture re swimming pools and the energy crisis.  So many have reduced their hours to save energy.  And we have had a crisis re swimming pools here for years.  There was an interesting story some weeks back of how data servers could be used to heat swimming pools:https://www.theguardian.com/business/2023/mar/14/innovative-heat-tech-save-england-swimming-pools-from-closureNow that batteries are available for storing electricity there must be a lot more larger buildings that can be retrofitted to take solar or solar thermal.  M Macron has said all French car parks should have them.  I wonder what green energy is Rishi Sunak using to heat his swimming pool?Should onshore wind turbines be able to be blocked by just one objector?

Delivery and implementation. In none of the 45 adaptation outcomes was their sufficient evidence that reductions in climate exposure and vulnerability are happening at the rates required to manage risks appropriately. For around one-quarter of outcomes, available indicators show insufficient evidence of progress.
