Rat Runs

I know there has been previous talk about this. Carslake Road used to be a road that even black cab drivers didn't know. however in the mornings in particular it's a traffic hazard. I have had occasions where i have had to step out to slow or stop speeding traffic just so that kids can cross to go to school. what arm of the council would i contact so that they could at least assess the situation first.

Traffic Management team might also try the Housing Dept. Whilst its not a housing road it does run through the middle of the estate.
