Independent's, like florist at Station really struggling. Buy locally!

If you're buying flowers, do support our local independent's, such as the florist at the station. They're struggling, and we don't want to lose them. They're just one example. Try not to buy online if you can find it locally.

I do hope they survive and it's a point well made.  I must confess that I when I buy flowers I find those sold in supermarkets such as Waitrose to be cheaper and last longer so I imagine they are a greater threat than online for locals.  I would use online if sending flowers to someone further afield but more recently have tried to find a florist in the area of the recipient.  I hope the cobblers and dry cleaners in our area are doing ok as I imagine that people working from home is not helping them.  The cobbler on URR by the corner of Putney Hill is first rate.
