Local Action - Hurrah!

At last! A Putney resident (not myself) having grown bored with Positively Putney's delays in dealing with the old M&S displays has taken matters into their own hands and cleaned up the area behind the planters and removed rubbish from the planters themselves - all to marvellous effect. Is there ANY local agency that will now take the initiative to improve the High Street in any way whatsoever??

Miles, I went to the Boots chemist lunch time. Behind the planters had a load leaves and muck behind the planters, still there unless done later this afternoon.
