There are more and more drone displays being used as alternatives.  The fireworks did look good on TV though with such a good view and no waiting and cold and aching feet.

Ha, ha, David. No, but in my younger days I was quite good at finding obscure bugs in computer systems. As Ivonne says, it does look like a very comfortable walrus; I'm sure it appreciated the lack of fireworks. As I'm sure the local cats and dogs would: last night it sounded like someone in East Putney was letting of hand granades!
