Yes, but it was a corporate freeby so I had to sit through a sales presentation first. Great views but I was lucky, it was a nice sunny, clear September day. Don't think there's any seats (not sure, could be wrong), it has a bar in the centre if I recall. Sorry, it was about five years ago and I can't recall all the details except it as a great photo opportunity! There's no climbing involved except possibly a few steps to enter the module which takes itself up and down.
