International Bat Evening, Wandsworth Park

I'm told it's International Bat Evening today and some were flaunting themselves in Wandsworth Park this evening near the cafe and loos:https://www.flickr.com/gp/m-j-i/03xafc041n(I hope the videos work ok, Flickr originally tried to flag them as adult content!)It's also apparently Banana Lovers Day (according to the Fairtrade Foundation), so it's good the tree in Deodar Road looked healthy a week or so ago with new leaves sprouting:https://flic.kr/p/2nEkDZw

Hi LynneThere's sometimes a problem linking to Flickr from the Putney site. The way around it is to either copy and paste the link into a browser address bar, or to right click/press hard on the link to get options to open in a browser window or a new tab. Sorry, we were so pleased to see the bats we didn't check the frequency !
