David, looking at this and the Sunak quote you also posted (cancelling our women ...) we seem to be at the panic stage of both the leadership contenders making wild, thoughtless statements to appeal to the small, unrespresative section of our society who will vote for the one they consider least useless. The scandal at the moment is that we're reading into a financial crisis that needs action now and no one's running the country. Johnson's lack of action (after all, he is still PM) just proves he never and doesn't now care about anyone other than his self and was totally unfit to be PM. Gordon Brown may have made mistakes but he was right to speak out about how many just cannot cope financially Andi believe did and does care.Interesting, how poor our NHS has become after a decade of Conservative government. Irrespective of the cause of this how come the NHS doesn't insist and verify all trusts have an dequateIT resilience plan that's been tested? One would have thought after the WannaCry incident in 2017 the Department of Health would have had that as a priority?https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2022/aug/07/chaos-after-heat-crashes-computers-at-leading-london-hospitals?CMP=Share_AndroidApp_Other
