When did it change?
A few years back when Isis was in process of exterminating the Kurds there were some people who wished to go and fight on behalf of the Kurds They were told catergorically that it was illegal and should they wish to return to UK they would be proscecuted. In fact one returned and was prosecuted. Was that a law or just advice or what?I do not pretend to have any understanding of how things work perhaps someone can clarify Why the outrage now if that situation remained unchanged?
