A couple of roads already having a street party as we passed on the Upper Ric Rd.

Apparently, many people chose to have street parties yesterday.  Not only is it the actual anniversary of the Queen being crowned, but, according to the weather, yesterday was the best day of the weekend!  Rain expected tomorrow.  :-( :-( :-(

Patrick I can remember ours in Treen Ave, Barnes. I was only 2. But only remember by photo's.

I can recall the party (I think it was just of Oakhill Road) in 1952, too much coca cola and endless eats, resulting a very sick (and vomitting young lad) God bless our QUEEN
