One suspects Lord Sugar doesn't like apologising, particularly to someone like Mr Corbyn who holds significantly different views to him. Back in the mid '70s I sat in an office in East London while I was waiting to collect an amplifier that had been repaired by Amstrad; one of his staff was dictating letters in response to customer complaints about Amstrad products: I sensed more sarcasm than apologetic comments … sort of along the lines of don't expect a Rolls Royce if you pay for a Trabant (that's my comment, I can't remember the details of what I overheard). I suspect the tone of the letters was set from the top?
