Planning Application 2022/1525  “Determination as to whether prior approval is required for change of use from commercial business (Class E) to residential (Class C3) to provide 7 x 3 bedroom flats” Applicant : The Cherwell Group Comments should be made by 12th May 2022

Questions being asked: Have the RSPCA sold the site? If not, are the Cherwell Group going to be renting out the flats on behalf of the RSPCA? If they are going to be rented out, are the RSPCA still going to be looking for a buyer for the site?

I thought I'd make sense to become part of one of the surrounding schools. Have they expressed an interest? Residential will make more money so I'm not surprised.

Further to the above, there have been many conversations with neighbours about this.  I think it is fair to say that, from those I have spoken to, we would like to see demolition of the existing buildings and replacement with a scheme similar to that which replaced The Quill pub.
