I just noticed that the dictionary says:- ""Left" being associated with evil likely comes from a majority of the population being right handed, biblical texts describing God saving those on the right on Judgment day, and images depicting Eve on Adam's left."So Eve was seen as evil? More so than Adam?

It's all quite complicated, actually. Mirrian Webster has this to say:"Sinister, today meaning evil or malevolent in some way, comes from a Latin word simply meaning "on the left side." "Left" being associated with evil likely comes from a majority of the population being right handed, biblical texts describing God saving those on the right on Judgment day, and images depicting Eve on Adam's left. Consequently, the Latin for "right," dexter, finds its way into positive words like dexterous, and the French word for right (droit) is found in adroit." Looking for an estate agent? Dexter is your guy.

I have never considered myself left,middle or right. Simply that I have  varied opinions on a variety of subjects some that would side with all 3 groups , as set out by others.

I wouldn't describe any of those as left, centre may be more accurate.Not a radical policy among them. Lots of talk but not backed up by voting records or detailed policy unfortunately.There is talk of a one off windfall tax on the energy sector but they are actually against an increase in corporation tax on all companies with profits  greater than £250,000.
