CHICK'N 79, former Trespass site

Notice on shop front for booze licence indoors and outdoors. Sale of alcohol on and off premises. Is there a rear open air courtyard, could be noisy front and backWhat about Token Yard residents?

Token Yard is a health hazard, always full of rotting bin liners and deliveroo motorbikes, driving in and out,across pedestrian pavement, LBW must give them a dedicated parking space, suggest the abandoned parklet space on Lacy  Road

This new establishment could cause some confusion as chick'n is often used as shorthand for vegan chicken substitutes and chick*n seems to be a trade name used by vfcfoods for their vegan fried "chicken" alternative. Looking at the chik'n website they seem to be selling actual dead poultry? Wonder if it's organic or free range? https://flic.kr/p/2naVTCc

As someone living just across from it with a young child, this is not a welcomed addition to the area. On top of that the letter they sent to the residents was misleading, only mentioning "Alterations including installation of replacement shopfront" and not mentioning the change of use from E to A3I encourage anyone who doesn't want the McDonalds issues to double up (littering, noise, ASB) to object the case here : https://planning2.wandsworth.gov.uk/planningcase/comments.aspx?case=2022/0243

It would seem quite reasonable for someone eating a meal, even if it's fast food, to have a beer or glass of wine with their food; after all, in Germany you can have a beer with your BigMac (although I'm not sure if vegan burgers have reached McDonalds in Germany).

Never heard of Chick'n 79.  Another fast food chain by any chance?If it has a restaurant, I cannot see much wrong with selling alcohol while serving meals.The off-licence on the other hand is worrying, more so if they do take-away food too.
