What's interesting is blocking transfers out of the club. Surely, if a player wants to leave for another club that should be allowed, only no fee would be payable to Chelsea. If a player is unhappy, they could just refuse to play, or go on the field, claim there rights were being infringed and play for the other side? That's a match I'd like to see :-)
