Nighttime strategy by Cons for PHS

Worried the Conservatives will flood empty shop sites on PHS with late night bars in their LBW nighttime economy proposals.Glad Palmhouse failed to materialise, butThey don't seem to understand the impact on residents of drunkeness and antisocial behaviour. Watch out for Ryness site planning  application.

Unfortunately late night extended hours drinking results in anti social behaviour  which spills into residential streets off PHS

Perhaps with the growth of online shopping and working from home that's the future of the high streets: meeting places - coffee bars during the day, bars in the evening and restaurants for lunch and dinner?
