LFTs are free until the end of March, aren't they? Yes, I've been out and about from months - restaurants, pubs, opera, theatre, concerns, conferences, etc; no one likes being locked in: I've mitigated my own risks by being fully vaccinated but I've been testing regularly and wearing masks to mitigated risks to others I'm meeting, sitting or travelling with. My concern with reducing free testing is that it must also reduce the metrics available to monitor the virus, and any new variants and outbreaks? Or are we throwing away basic scientific and technology principles? Perhaps I've misunderstood what's proposed.PS, I don't think there's a shortage of LFTs; no problem ordering the this week, or previously.
