Ivonne, difficult to generalise. If one's eating home cooked vegan and veggie food it's likely that one's eating a lot more vegetables which have more roughage than one's used to which might take some adjusting to. Otherwise difficult to say as there's such a wide range - I wouldn't say the Indian curries or far east style meals I've had are dry but some of the vegan "junk" food can be a little odd and often has excessive amounts of of salt and sugar in it, and some people find TVP, often used as a mince substitute, indigestible. Chains such as Pizza Express, Wagamama, Real Greek have good vegan options, and in Putney Ma Goa and Kashmir also have excellent options - and I like the felafel in Beyzade.
