Alexander, sorry to disappoint you, but they managed the Freehold where I live for nearly 30 yrs. I only live round the corner to the office. OK when Mr. Francis his self was there, but I'm afraid one of the staff dealing with the freehold, used another Surveyor from Weybridge, who said just because my other half had put in quote to do the work didn't mean he would get the job. So they used a company who seem to have an office in Eastbourne. The work they did was Sh=t. I even said they had block the guttering and it had blocked the drain by the front door. So the boss of the painters said of we have cleared it, I said what drain did you clean, he pointed to the coal chute in front of the front door. My mouth must have been open in disbelief. I said that is the coal chute, where did you get the water from they didn't know. Mr. Graves attended a couple of times to inspect also on the other surveyor whether she was checking on the work. But they didn't check properly.
