Poor Boris.  I would have thought he had enough on his plate without that. No wonder he went absent  Horrible when a child is sick.  You feel so helpless

I know many children currently with covid. this new variant seems to like them. As for Boris...I feel for the little one definitely, but it smacks of diversion tactics.  don't worry Barbara, there are plenty of people who feel for him too.

No, Barbara, it is not based on political beliefs.  It is based on the rotten behaviour of the child's parents.  Of course all sympathies for the child.Your original post started with poor Boris.  I think this is the reason for the reactions.

Was disappointed and saddened with replies on forum  It is quite awful when political beliefs ( even apparently justified ones ) supercede kindness and humanity

I am afraid my sympathies go to the child but not the parents...  Horrible thing to say, but that is my reaction.If the parents are happily socializing with no social distancing...
