MP's jabs

Just curious  Are all the MP's who voted lasted night themselves jabbed?  I find it odd that'people on tv in the public eye ' always say, ' I'm fully jabbed but respect peoples right not to be

Ahhh, yes! a bit like when you spout some usual gobbeldygook but we are wise to assume it's all lies, just like we do with politicians. No reason for anyone to treat you any differently. I've seen the light! I've seen the light!

Why do you find it odd that plenty of us who are fully vaccinated don't wish to compel others to be forcibly injected with a substance they do not want in their bodies? Mandatory injections for all is a pretty decent example of fascism. I'd usually be one of the first rolling my eyes at someone using that hyperbolic word but just because it's wildly overused doesn't mean it's not the correct term in this context. There's a clear difference in degree of state control between things like mask mandates or lockdowns or social distancing, and legislating to compel people to be injected. For now the relatively few compelled groups will *only* lose their livelihood if they resist. But now the government's started inching across that line and found either passivity or wild cheerleading from the public (noticeably by so-called "liberals" and the left) there's a very much higher chance they'll do it again and again and again - and you might not be quite so supportive of the encroachment on liberty next time.I'd imagine an MP who is not vaccinated would have told us about it. MPs tend to be quite opinionated. I very much doubt one who felt so strongly against being vaccinated would be able to keep it to themselves. Rather, I suspect they all are. I haven't heard of a single MP who objects to a Covid vaccine existing or the public being able to avail themselves of it *if they choose*.

Good evening.Just a question.We - the general public -are required to wear face masks on pubic transport, in shops, etc., etc.  Apparently MPs are not required to wear masks in the Commons. Why not?  According to to-day's news, several MP have now tested positive.

It would seem entirely sensible for the MPs that voted for such measures to disclose their jab status. It would add some confidence to the measures. I do not think it will happen.I would not extend that to journalist etc they are not making legislation.
