Royal Mail Delivery Office Burston Road

Does anybody have a direct telephone number for the Putney sorting office please?  I have a potentially serious issue regarding a special delivery tracked parcel that was collected by them on Saturday and I need to speak to someone there urgently. Thankyou.

Have they taken on Christmas staff that might be causing more confusion. Regular staff usually know what they are doing.

Hope it turns up  Had an email today from Royal Mail saying they had delivered a parcel  They hadn't.  Now for the hassle of sorting out where said parcel has ended up  According to RM site they are supposed to photograph recipitant but obviously didnt.  Never had problems with them before

Update:Tracking has still not been updated but I just received a text message quoting the tracking number and telling me that delivery is due tomorrow by 1pm so all appears to be ok regardless of the incorrect tracking info. Phew!👍🏻

There is another number on RM website. May be worth trying 0345 6050767, although it may be an automatic.

Hi Richard. Thanks but that is the centralised number for RM customer services and it can take literally an hour to speak to a human and my fear is they will only be able to tell me what the online tracking already shows. My issue is that my special delivery parcel was handed to the postman on Saturday but the email update I received later that day says "We’re sorry but we were unable to fulfil your collection request" which was alarming but I assumed it was just a mistake. However the tracking is still saying the same today so I need to speak to someone at our local sorting office.

Sue, the number on the Royal Mail website is 03457 740 740. I assume it's a direct number?
