Help!  Bonafide or scam?

I just received a call from National Cyber security telling me that my internet connection is about to be disconnected because my IP address has been used on other illegal sites (?????)  The recorded message said that I had previously ignored their calls (???) and had to press 1 to report the issue now.  I put the phone down.When checking the number (01372379110) it brings up a website for Enliven Technology based in Leatherhead.  When opening their website,  it is called HugeDomains.com and this is what comes up,EnlivenTechnology.comBuy now for: $2,795Questions? Talk to a domain expert: 1-303-893-0552What should I do now, please?

Thank you Freddie, Simon and Mark for your replies.And yes, "if you have to ask if it's a scam, it's a scam" is right, very much like "if it sounds too good to be true, it is because it is too good to be true".Thank you all for your kind replies.

Complete fraud. IP address aren’t your responsibility anyway. Your internet hosting company or or provider like BT or sky have acces to it and can see any issues involving it being used to spread spam or other malicious stuff.  And they certainly won’t phone uou or charge you a penny.

I've never heard of the NCSC contacting private individuals. If an IP address was being used inappropriately they, or the NCA, would most likely go to your ISP who allocates your IP address. Normally the IP address you're allocated is only given to you on a "lease" for a fixed period unless you've made arrangements (and most likiely paid) your ISP for a fixed address. Two people using the same IP address on the internet at the same time would cause issues. Also, note that ones IP  address can change when the lease period expires. That does mean that if an IP address was being used illegally at a particular time the NCA  have to go to the ISP to check who was alloicated a specific IP address at a specific time.I've not come across this SECAM before but it most certainly sounds like a new one!
