A UK company exited to battery market recently but there was some good news for Sunamp who store energy, they won a £50m contract with China.China are investing heavily in renewables (nuclear too) but also in energy storage using a wide range of technology including cheap and simple compressed air.Byd cars with their new blade technology have started to ship to some parts of Europe.
