Putney High Street.
Just rang TFL regarding continual traffic in High Street, yes they have changed the rotation of the Traffic Lights. I said I didn't just think it was to do with the lights but the widening of the pavements. Traffic is at a standstill most of the time and no room for Ambulances and Fire Engines, as not much room for them to pass. Putney High street is a major route to Hospitals and most of the time at a standstill. Waiting to hear their reply, I did tell them I am only a resident and a lot of residents are complaining.
