I agree Michael. In theory, it would run a capacity equivalent to 93% in 2019.In practice, well, I am not too sure. May I point out that there is an enormous development happening in Wandsworth, opposite the tip and where B&Q used to be. The density of population there will probably double the existing one. And Wandsworth Town is the nearest rail station. Buses do run, of course, but I doubt their frequency will be increased.I do not know about Earlsfield, but the development in Battersea Power Station is also of vast proportions and Queenstown station is the nearest rail station. I am very aware that they are talking about off-peak times, I would love to know what it is they call (or will be defining it at the time of the proposed changes) off-peak exactly.In theory, perhaps it would be OK. But I think SWT should wait and see how things progress between now and perhaps next spring, at the earliest.
