pavement again

I am wondering about the further replacement of pavement on PHS. I think the slabs (dark and light grey) they used for the Danish or whatever crossings and the lower part of the street look nice. Well before the planters stained them. But now it looks like they are replacing the old slabs with almost the same ones?!Is there somewhere wehere we can read the description of the works and the contractors? Looks like a bad use of public funds.

Matt Roles of LBW, Nicola Grant of Putney Bid,/ not so Positively Putney  and Councillor John Locker, Con, LBW Thamesfield a good start! They will say check the Local Plan.. Good luck in finding an answer or anyone taking responsibility for Anything.. Some of the planters are leaking brown shite again!
