Thanks, Ivonne. Yes, difficult to believe it's only 15-20 minutes drive from the centre of power in DC! Although the handful of times I've been to DC it's always seemed less frenetic than many European capitals (London, Paris, Rome) or other US cities (NY, Chicago, LA).
