Best Indian takeaway?

I don't often order indian takeaway as each time I decide to i think "I'm sure I could make something like that". Anyhow I fancy a "real" one. Where is your fave?

Tried it and thumbs up from me for Munal - curry like it used to be - big portions and big flavours. Very impressed. Will be using them again.

I've had excellent vegan meals at Ma Goa, Kashmir and Chook Chook. Some of the other, more traditional curry houses (without naming names) don't seem to fully understand the concept of veganism, and that even small amounts of dairy in sauces and or salad dressing (and I'm talking about more than cross contamination) can affect those who are lactose intolerant.

The Miraj Indian takeaway on Putney Bridge Road is by far tge vest. Try their Bhuna and you will see what I mean

Chook Chook hands down. Lamb Madras with butter naan and pilau rice. extra hot.... Mmmmm salivating at 10:34am

Kashmir is excellent agree, probably the best in terms of quality . Only ever eaten inside though. Takeaway would be above my weekly curry budget!

I was tempted by chook chook  ended up with trying one in kingston, lovely flavours but tough meat. Will try Munal though.

Munal as others suggest is my favourite. Huge portions. Great Value and delicious.

Agree! Fabulous food and big portions. If anyone remembers the lovely lady who used to have the sub post office in the other parade of shops along there, the restaurant is owned and run by her husband.
