Totally agree with the pavements comment Barbara but to clarify (on the original post) e-bikes are not banned in Wandsworth.

Carole, I wouldn't apologize the e-bikes and e-scooters are dangerous they should be band. They think they own the pavements and roads. Also anybody else reading this are disabled vehicles meant to be on the pavement, as I am getting really sick of having to stop or move out of the way of everything that goes on the pavement and I don't walk to well myself.
