Planning application 172-174 Upper Richmond Road AFFECTING DISRAELI AND SETTING A DANGEROUS PRESIDEN

HI Wanted to again draw attention to this application adding 4 storey and more flats in the area that are not needed. the application was late onto the councils website and was not availible on the 15th May when i last looked and comments were ended 29th so less than two weeks with little /no communication to residence. . they haven't put any letters through residents doors that i have seen. this is another building that will set a dangerous president for this side of the road and looks like they will sneak it through with little objections Please comment and share https://planning2.wandsworth.gov.uk/planningcase/comments.aspx?case=2021%2f1858

Not needed? Who are you to decide? The owner of the site thinks they need them - it's up to us to object if he have reason to. Given this introduction, I'm not even going to look at it, let alone object. And I am a keen environmentaist.

The only "dangerous president" I know was Donald Trump... As for a dangerous precedent, what is your point? The short time frame?

I can't see that it sets a 'precedent' in any way as it's filling in a space to match the buildings on either side and appears to compliment them as they will all be the same height rather than being at a lot lower lever as it is at present. I also doubt a developer is going to build flats that aren't 'needed'. Plainly it would appear there is a need or they'll be wasting serious money.It's the other buildings that set the precedent. Looks fairly innocuous in my opinion. And how can in 'sneak through' if it's publicly advertised as being planned and is available for comments?In my experience only direct neighbours tend to get any written notification. Perhaps you don't fall into that category?
