I wonder if the PPE masks were made in the famous Burberry plaid design. Very fetching.More seriously it seems that the High Court has no way of sanctioning the government’s unlawfulness. This is the second decision to have gone against them. They can just ignore the High Court. Depressing. But I do think the Good Law Project is doing seriously important work under immense pressure and should be congratulated for bringing all this corruption into the open.  The government is now set on changing the rules about Judicial Reviews which is a disgrace and should be resisted.Nick

Many of these issues should have been dealt with after the first wave. Instead mistakes and issues like these were repeated.It wasn't just the goverment majority it was the official opposition position not to hold the government to account. That cost money, the economy and more importantly lives.

I agree.The government has a very big majority but, the key question is, can they continue having it regardless?  I wonder....One question please.  Does anyone know if the government took up Jaeger's and Burberry's offer to make PPE?

Sadly as this government were voted in with such a large majority it's irrelevant. They can just ignore it and change the law if necessary.
