"Cummings in the Rose Garden" will go down in history as a classic example of government fiction ... given how Johnson went out of his way to support him one wonders what Cummings really has evidence of, and why he's chosen now to be so disloyal? Given Cummings's track record I'm sure this is as calculated move or driven by some event in the background ...

Although a brilliant joke, I do not believe Cummings ever had a problem with his eyesight, it was a fib as big as the globe.It all smacks of revenge to me, whether justified or not it will be seen in future, but certainly retaliation as he did not get his way.Cummings is a very nasty piece of work.
