There have been a lot of interesting articles on what is happening locally.  I was just this morning reading about bags of litter collected on Putney Common together with metal cutlery! Will someone's parents be missing those - or are we just too well off and careless now we can live on credit? I'm not sure if that deserves a happy smiley or a sad one. Thank you.
