Some arrogant residents living above have attempted to restrict outdoor service after 9pm both here and at The Rocket, through the licensing process. However the area is a Public space and not a private fiefdom for residents, The Public space was an essential requirement of the original planning permission. These businesses need to be able to offer a service outdoors until at least 11pm to survive and this public area is a very important resource for Putney residents and one of the few places nearby where we can sit by the river with friends and visitors. Please keep an eye on the licensing process and counter any submissions by selfish neighbours who, if given half a chance would have the whole area gated as if it was Moscow, Hong Kong or Shanghai.
