Dog snatchers

Warning to anyone who uses Wandsworth park to walk their dogs, I was approached by a man today asking to take a photo of my small dog, I fortunately had been warned by another friend that they are taking photos to snatch the dogs a couple of days ago, he also seemed to be working with another man, I stayed close to other people who I warned and they watched him also. I think because I am elderly and was on my own I was targeted.

There was another incident late afternoon and the police were called, so hopefully put them off, but not to be to complacent as it has b een happening in Bishop's park also.

This is really worrying all the dogs that are being taken. I suppose the Police are to busy to do anything. But if Number Plates are taken surely you can get their address from DVLA, unless they have false plates.

This is a disgusting crime carried out by disgusting people.  It is very prevalent now and if these scumbags are caught they should be jailed imo. Thank goodness you were aware and warned others but this shouldn't be necessary just to have a peaceful walk in a park with a dog.
