Another restaurant which isn't renewing their lease! Got to be landlords putting up the rent surely?! They're looking for new premises but so gutted they are going!

That's a real shame. They gave it a real go during 'Eat out to help out' period, were very organised and friendly. Lunch was very good. Let's hope that it is not converted into a flat.

Seems a strange time to ask for a rent rise if so - that building could be empty for a while in the current climate surely???
