Laurence Fox has decided to run for Mayor  That should liven things up a bit!

I see he wants to abandon lockdown and doesn't seem to think the NHS is fit for purpose - although he seems to have a record of making dubious comments and the retracting them, deleting tweets, etc. Obviously someone who  a strong, carefully considered, coherent message, ... perhaps he'll resurrect the Garden Bridge project, just tell him it was meant to be in Hammersmith and part of the structure's already there 😶 https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-56307039

I would have some respect for Forage if he devoted some of his time highlighting the raw deal the fishing communities got.OK they may throw him overboard - but at least it would show his intentions were well meant, otherwise it just looks like he used them and sold down the river!

L Fox another crap actor looking for a bit of publicity on the back of an election. They used to be called the monster raving loonies.although with Coca the Khan and Bumbling Bailey he fits in reasonably well in a poor choice field.

David that is a complicated set of questions regarding lockdown and masks.Masks will help but should not be an excuse for poor ventilation. Where as 2m and masks have become almost religious - ventilation has been ignored which is contrary to scientific evidence.Even with lockdowns the Sage evidence was late being made public (has it all been made public? I'm not sure gave up looking a year ago). All the lockdowns have been late and the first no one was even at the wheel - we were literally on auto pilot for months!With masks and lockdowns, I follow the rules but I can understand the New Zealand approach and even the Swedish but not the UK's. I personally would prefer the New Zealand approach.The problem with the Lawrence Fox video is that these are national not London issues.

So besides interviews on LBC, TV and several national newspapers he has been silenced.Is it me or the sound of these silent people can be very deafening!It probably more of a case that they have given up on the Shaun Bailey and decided to throw someone else in the ring.As for the 'strip us our our history': (His quote from the BBC):"Even in 1917 they've done it with a Sikh soldier, which is great, it's brilliant, but you're suddenly aware there were Sikhs fighting in this war. He certainly will cause a bit of a stir Barbara. 😸 I heard him talking about his intention to stand a couple of months ago on LBC and I am so pleased he is going to do it.  This will ruffle a few feathers:"Writing for the paper, Mr Fox referred to the tearing down of statues as part of the Black Lives Matter movement and accused the London Mayor of attempting to 'strip us our our history', saying 'this extreme political correctness must be resisted'.The actor then announced that he is a candidate to be the next Mayor of the capital city, adding: 'I look forward to speaking up for those who are being dominated into silence.' Good for him!👍🏻No surprise about NF, he has achieved his goal with Brexit and has more or less passed the reins of Reform UK to Richard Tice anyway.
