CCTV camera's - URR/Charlwood, and East Sheen
There are cameras that have been seen towards East Sheen, positioned on the Upper Richmond Road, looking down some side streets. There's one on the URR and Charlwood, looking down Charlwood. Do we know whether these are in advance of the ULEZ? Any thoughts?
