A few disgruntled Look After My Bills customers.badge iconSo, unwitting users of Go Compare could be directed to LAMB - abandon hope all ye who enter thereRussell Clarkebadge iconAdmin · February 12 at 9:17 AM · If everyone can go on the face book reviews from other people on lamb and comment / back other people up so the positive review people can learn about this Jane Hydesbadge iconI try to put on my honest review and opinion based on my own horrendous every time I see their posts. If I can save one person from signing up with LAMB then that’s a result lots more is a bonus. They need to be investigated and closed down! 😡Russell Clarkebadge iconEmma Rose Coleridge I told them in November I will not stop until they close down 😂 it's not good that we are on lockdown but it sure does give me a lot of spare timeNeil MilkinsThis is a message that I just received (12-2-21) from the faceless, "Jean" from Look After My Bills" on Facebook messenger. It relates to a review that I recently posted on Trustpilot which LAMB red-flagged but which Trustpilot reinstated after I had proved that my claims about LAMB were correct.:Neil,We're not in the business of forging or faking documents and emails in any case, even more so for an arguably trivial reason, such as saving face. Should there be responsibility to take of a situation, as adults and a service of integrity, we are happy to accept and take that on.If you cannot find the emails that we sent to you, that does not imply that proof of said emails are fake. Indeed, it may be alluded that there is an issue on your end, in that you have expressed in these email chains an issue in receiving the emails we send.As it appears you have nothing more that you request from us here on Facebook pertaining to your complaint, I will consider this issue closed. If you have any more queries relating to your complaint, I advise that you get in touch with the complaints manager who has been handling it.^JeanKate Luderbadge iconNeil Milkins as I have mentioned before to you Neil, LAMB sent me texts and email about a switch to UT (didn’t happen even after the cooling off period as I contacted CEO 🙏) But waiting for the emails like you.If I don’t get the supposed emails I will get back in contact with the freedom of informations officeNeil MilkinsKate Luder LAMB are notorious for claiming that they have sent emails when they have not. They claimed that they sent a cancellation email to UP in my behalf in October 2021. UP categorically refute that claim. LAMB also claim that they sent me an email about the same time confirming the cancellation. Again it was not received. LAMB make things up as they go along.Donna Gracebadge iconIt needs panarama to be inundated with bad reports about them and maybe there do something on there Emma Taylorbadge iconI didn't get my voucher either. I've sent a total of 15 emails and the only response I got was "wait a bit longer" and request for more information. I put a comment on fb after getting no reply from customer services and again a request I send a pm with more information. So I did and 5 months later, no response to that. The deal they switched me to is not the best deal. I'm stuck in a contract paying more. This company are horrible.Tony Mc ManusNeil Milkins I bailed out months age thank goodnessMichelle Reynoldsbadge iconTony Mc Manus the guy’s on Dragons Den have sold LAMB for 12.6 million. So now people still think they’re getting the Dragons Den guy’s when they actually aren’t xNeil MilkinsMISS MICHELLE REYNOLDSMISS MICHELLE REYNOLDS4 reviewsGB1 star: BadUpdated 7 hours agoDO NOT USE LOOK AFTER MY BILLS When I signed up LAMB got me a deal…When I signed up LAMB got me a deal with Utility Point. Then I received an email saying sorry, that deal was for two years but don’t worry, we’ve taken care of it and cancelled it for you we are now looking for another deal for you which they did with Peoples Energy. I got an email from PE saying that UP wouldn’t let me go so I emailed UP asking why. UP said I hadn’t cancelled within the 14 days cooling off period. I told them that LAMB had cancelled on my behalf. UP said I had to cancel myself!!! So here I am stuck in a two year contract which LAMB promise you they will never do and I know that once the first year is over my payments will sky rocket, they’ve already gone from £52 to £100 a month since October 2020. Granted I put the payment up but that’s because on 24th December I was in £122 debt to them.LAMB has been sold. The two guy’s who founded it sold out so your not even getting what you think your getting! I will pay the get out fee in October to get away from UP before my fuel rockets. I strongly advise people not to use Look After My Bills.Michelle Reynoldsbadge iconTony Mc Manus I took screenshots of my sign up and sent them through Facebook messenger. They had no choice but to send me the voucher. It did take me threatening them with the ombudsman then hey presto, I got the voucher. Harass them, every day, threaten them with the ombudsman tell them you’ve had enough of their lies and you’re building a case up against them. Tell them your going on Trust Pilot to leave a truthful review of how you’ve been tret. Bombard them by email and messenger. I think you’ll get your voucher in the end xIris WatersFebruary 12 at 7:04 PMLast week I asked LAMB to remove me and all my data from their records as I will be sorting own fuel out in future 1st reply from them - am I sureYES, just do as asked2nd reply- are you really sure as we won’t be able to help if we have no data of yoursYES, just do as asked3rd reply - if you are really sure, can we have all your detailsMy reply- see 1st email of this trail, all the info is there, but I will repeat itHopefully I will soon be freeMichelle Reynoldsbadge iconI’m in the process of becoming UN registered with LAMB. I’ve ask for a letter to my home address saying so. I’ve given them 28 days to respond and send the letter and told them if I don’t receive the letter I will be going to the ombudsman about it. I always screenshot any correspondence with them for my proof.Bruno Ormrodbadge iconUnder GDPR as a data subject you have the right to access all data LAMB has stored about you and then to rectify and erase them if you so wish. It’s not for them to ask you which data they have collected about you. Presumably you registered with them and therefore handed over all your personal details. Also, don’t ever delete any communications with them. Months later they contacted me again trying to switch my supplier, so they still kept some of my data, same may apply to you.Sounds like they are having a laugh at your expense, knowing the anxiety and stress they are causing you. So disrespectful to you.Kate Luderbadge iconRising Star · February 13 at 11:00 AM · LAMB in WOLF’S clothing! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬David Pursebadge iconDon't go near this company LAMB they are charlatans and will rip you off. I am still trying to sort out my energy after they initiated a switch without my permission. A horrendous experience for my family. Stay away for your own sake.
