Thank you for your kind words. I am a volunteer at the Scout Hut vaccine centre and we really appreciate the complements as we are trying hard to be friendly, caring and efficient. The throughput is carefully managed and we aim for a steady stream as we don't want to have people queuing. Rest assured we are vaccinating at pace and it may have been you arrived at a slowish time. As lots of people come early for their appointments sometimes the throughput becomes a bit lumpy!
