A facebook friend who loves going on holiday a lot, counted 40 aeroplanes, one of his friends said perhaps it was freight. But then they have shown loads at the Airport. So is there one rule for some.

I thought that Uber had stopped their driverless cars and then there was the Tesla caught in Canada with the driver and passenger asleep. I'm not sure that people are responsible enough.

Can't say I fancy that much, won't want to sit in the garden. I'd be looking up in the air all the time.

I've noticed more planes - and their noise.I wonder how far this idea of pilotless planes will get. Somehow I don't fancy the idea of them flying over my house.

Most people I know are avoiding any international travel at present. Mainly because of the uncertainties caused by rules changing at short notice that could possibly leave them stranded or financially out of pocket. Then there's also the risk of catching Covid! I know some people who flew during the summer when rules were relaxed but they had either booked holidays before the pandemic or needed to check on a property abroad.

I don't think international travel is banned, just that to enter most countries including the UK you need to have had a negative test?I've certainly noticed an increase in planes this week though i think.
