Marianne Faithful

According to an interview in today's Guardian Marianne Faithful lives in Putney. Who knew?! (don't faint all you guys of a certain age.)

Sometimes see Glynis Barber in Waitrose, at 60? she's still lovely.Often see Gary Linaker in Barnes (he seems to infest the cinema)...don't follow football so can't engage in conversation.Used to see the "Schweppes...Shh..you know who" guy in Blades. Downwind of a bottle of Giovanna's best Pinot Shh man didn't appreciate my loud/repeated "Shh" utterances :)

That’s interesting, Lucille, I will also keep a look out for her.  She wasn’t in the queue to get into Sainsburys today! Maybe Marianne should re-release her hit with a slight spelling change to the title, as it would be very apt at the moment “As Tiers Go By”

Have to look out for her. There is an American lady in Putney I used to talk to who used to hang out with the Beatles in their hippy days in America, she wrote a book, I can't remember her name.
