I can't believe that a minister would come out with such a ludicrous and stupid statement as this: Mr 19th century, Rees-Mogg, saying in Parliament that fish are now British and happier! Does he talk to the fish? Strikes me he's crazy enough to do that. Has he issued them with new, blue passports? Personally, as a veggie, I expect the fish would be happier if the fishermen - whether they're British, French, Danish or whatever - left them alone in the sea where they're just minding their own business.
