Internet access for school children

BT had a scheme but apparently the government were slow or not interested earlier in the year.Kids even when at school still need internet access for homework etc. We are fortunate that we still have Putney library during normal times although opening times are less extensive than before.Still that decade of austerity was a great idea, strange no one seems to want to repeat it!https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/politics/gavin-williamson-snubbed-offer-cheap-23281316

Yes very noble.  However it won't guarantee that children will be able to or want to learn.  Also there are many underprivileged children who will be living in conditions that are not conducive for studying.  Much better to get all adults vaccinated and get the kids back into schools for proper teaching.
