Black Cabs

I wondered if anyone knows if any black cabs are working tomorrow.  Our car needs repair and I need to go out and don’t fancy the long walk there and back.

I went to PHS and there were no cabs at the taxi ranks.  I saw several cabs on the road but all were busy with passengers.  It took me about 20 minutes to find an empty cab to take me.   He brought me home too.

On nextdoor.co.uk back in August there was a recommendation for a local black cab.Gavin's Black taxi service 07828 156992. I haven't tried it and can only go by what I picked up on nextdoor.co.uk. Worth a try I'd say.

Andy, I had thought of using one of my children’s, but if I were to give up at some point, then I’d have to walk back with the bike. Anyway I’m hoping there might be a cabbie about tomorrow on PHS.
