I've noticed that for several years and have kept the envelopes thinking I'd steam them off and use them. But I've not got round to doing that, so I'll just send them to RNIB.Apparently you don't have to steam off the stamps for them, just cut around the stamp. I've no idea how funds are generated for charities via these stamps, but RNIB is so worthwhile, it's worth a try.I know that many charities do receive govt./local authority funds, but until the pandemic I hadn't realised how much they depend on fund raising activities,and much of that has been halted.
