hijust wanted to draw attention to the planning app for flats and 2 extra storeys on top of the ones already there. its wellington house 154-160 Upper Richmond Road. would have hugely negative affects on Disraeli rd gardens blocking light. but also more flats means capacity of station will be more strained. especially now... some of the previous flats were refused extra storeys because of this. Anyway wanted to draw attention to it as feel they are sneaking it though just before Christmas .Please if you have any views go on to the webiste and comment on the application ref (20204345) also can email planning@wansworth
