I think everything is crazy at the moment because of Covid. I had an appointment at Moorfields yesterday. The appointment letter tells you not to arrive more than 15 minutes before your appointment time and given the distance and convoluted traansport options this is tricky to time. I showed up 10 minutes in advance and, to my horror, there was a line snaking down the street. Mercifully there was a staff member shouting for people with appointments at 2.30 to come to the head of the queue. Then inside the hospital everything is differently arranged, rather like in supermarkets where you know which lanes the goods you buy are located, but you have to walk a long way round. It was the same thing. Even if you're familiar with the usual layout, it was onfusing. Thanks for finding this out Alexander. Let's hope QMH MIU will be available beyond March, and that 111 isn't an excuse to limit access.
