Anyone wishing to escape to another universe, time or dimension via the URR / Dryburgh Road portal will be disappointed as it's now closed and back to being a road.It will no doubt open up again in a few weeks time assuming that is, the portal is not fixed and it is us outside that are floating around 2020 like lost souls in an IKEA showroom endlessly looking for the exit only to be finally confronted by the mother of all check out queues!

I've been trying to think of a decent conspiracy theory as to why they keep digging up Upper Richmond Road, opposite Dryburgh Road, every couple of months over several years - for apparent gas works. Putting in single lane traffic lights and then leaving unmanned for days. Only to repeat the process a couple of months later.I thought of 5G mutant rodents but it started before 5G and 3G mutant rodents just wouldn't be that fast.I couldn't see anywhere that would show road works over time and there was no specific information on the current works on the web. Road works and utilities were meant to have been sorted back in 2012.So any suggestions anyone?
